Group Coordinator Tools
An informed group coordinator is critical for a successful trip. Below you will find links to forms that coordinators must complete and other informational tools specifically for group coordinators.
If you are coordinating a Yosemite Institute program, you should also familiarize yourself with the sections for chaperones and students and general trip logistics.
Forms
Required forms are due 30 days prior to the start of your program. Turning in these forms on time allows us to best prepare for your program.
Our recreation time planner is an optional tool to help you plan activities and supervision for free time. This could include time:
- Before breakfast
- From 4 p.m. to dinner
- From dinner until the evening program
Planning Manual
Planning a trip can be a huge undertaking. This manual with tips, checklists, and a sample letter to parents will help you stay organized.
