Organizing Your Trip
An informed group coordinator is critical for a successful trip. Below you will find links to forms that coordinators must complete and other informational tools specifically for group coordinators.
If you are coordinating a Yosemite Institute program, you should also familiarize yourself with the sections for chaperones and students and general trip logistics.
Required forms are due 30 days prior to the start of your program. Turning in these forms on time allows us to best prepare for your program.
