Registration Instructions
We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2008 Bay Area Environmental Youth Quest Conference is now open!!
These are the 2008 documents that you will need to register your group:
- Leader letter
- Registration form
- Medical registration form
- Workshop descriptions
- Scholarship application
- Participating organization description form
Please begin by reading the leader letter, as this contains detailed information about bringing a group to Youth Quest.

Key Dates and Deadlines
- Workshop criteria and guidelines available Sept 25
- Workshop proposals accepted September 25-November 14
- Registration materials available November 20
- Early registration deadline and scholarship deadline January 18
- Final registration deadline January 25
- Chaperone orientations February 19, 6-8 p.m. or February 20, 10 a.m.
Event Information
Cost: Early registration: $55 per participant. General registration: $60 per participant. Registration fee covers all workshops and activities, room, board (3 meals) and a Youth Quest t-shirt. Scholarships are available on a first come, first served basis.
Chaperone Information
Thank you for helping foster a positive experience for youth at Youth Quest. Below you'll find some helpful information to get you ready for being a Youth Quest chaperone. In addition to these materials, we will be holding two informational/networking orientations for all Youth Quest 2008 chaperones to get to know each other and find out some more details about the event. It is required that all chaperones attend one of the following orientations:
- February 19, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
- February 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
