This site is a project of our parent organization, Yosemite National Institutes, on behalf of Headlands Institute, collectively referred to as “the organization” throughout this policy statement.

During your visit to the website, the organization collects no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information.

In order to keep track of the number of visitors and what information on the site is most valued, the organization does collect information about when and how many visitors come to the site and what pages are most popular. This information is not tracked by individual visitor.

We are excited to hear from each and every one of you, but we cannot receive your information if you are younger than 13 years of age. The organization seeks to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. If you are younger than 13 years of age, please contact your parents or teacher to sign up to receive updates, which they can share with you.

This website has dozens of links to other organizations and government agencies. These links are provided as a service to our visitors, and we attempt to make sure that they are all active sites with pertinent content. However, the organization cannot be held responsible for the content and privacy and data collection practices on any linked website; these websites are not governed by this policy.
