The resources below are tools you can use when integrating your
students' classroom and Headlands Institute learning.
Classroom curriculum: We have designed classroom activities that correspond with our areas of study for before and after your visit, identified with grade level ranges.
Service learning information: We have compiled a list of service learning opportunities in Northern California, organized by region, so your students can practice stewardship in their communities.
Vocabulary lists: Vocabulary terms are grouped by our program's areas of study, as well as general ecology and stewardship terms.
Recommended book lists: To continue students' outdoor education after their visits to Headlands Institute, book lists have been prepared and grouped by grade level.
