Open House with Free Dinner!
Join us at Headlands Institute
for an open house event on
September 18, 2008, 5:00 - 8 p.m.
- Enjoy a free dinner overlooking the sunset at Rodeo Beach
- Meet the education staff
- Observe our program in action
- See over 20 species of tidepool organisms in our Intertidal Marine Lab
- Look at macroinvertebrates from the pond in our microscope lab

All of us hope for that magic moment when everyone is paying attention and you've "got them"...the lights come on and so does the excitement about learning. In the classroom, we are lucky if that happens once a grading period, at Headlands Institute it happens every day.
