Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to be eligible to refer friends and colleagues, referrers must use the online referral form.
  2. In order to track referrals, friends and colleagues must reference your referral email when they make a reservation.
  3. Referral customers will receive a 15% discount when they reserve and pay for a meeting or retreat at Headlands Institute.
  4. The referrer will receive a $75 credit for each new Headlands Institute customer they have referred that has reserved and paid for a meeting or retreat. This excludes any existing customers and organizations which have already held meetings at Headlands Institute.
  5. Referral program credits do not apply for any referrals prior to the launch of the refer-a-friend program.
  6. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  7. Only one referrer credit will be granted per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, Headlands Institute will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for such referral.
