For your special occasions, we offer the Sunset Building, which holds up to 185 people (100 upstairs and 85 downstairs, seated theater style) for a flat day rate.

In addition to the room fee, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee and $250 refundable damage deposit are required. When planning your special event, please note our campus alcohol policy.
